About ME

First of all, thank you so much for finding your way here. Whether you have been recommended from a friend, discovered me on social media, or searched your way through seemingly hundreds of photographers, I am grateful for the chance to connect with you.

My love of photography was developed at a very young age. In first grade I received my first camera and several rolls of film. Throughout the year I devoted my recess to take individual portraits of each of my classmates and by the end of the year I had a collection of prints that I arranged in a special album documenting my first grade year. I still can’t tell you exactly why I was motivated to do this, but I do remember that I felt it was very important and like it was my responsibility to document the lives of others.

Photography is not only my vocation, it is my passion. It is my goal to create original images for my clients by capturing authentic expressions and real human connection. I do not promise perfectly posed group photos where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera. My approach is to tell your story and capture you in a natural and relaxed way.

While I specialize in weddings, elopements, senior pictures and lifestyle photography, I am always open to collaborations, editorial, and artistic projects.

My studio is my Foto Farm and you are my inspiration. I look forward to bringing out the real you for the camera so we can capture images you’ll cherish forever.

Located on a picturesque hillside outside of Kansas City, KS, Naomi owns and operates the Foto Farm. This 160-acre functioning farm features a variety of outdoor landscapes and scenic opportunities for a fun and unique session. In addition to the landscape, Naomi takes advantage of the sunlight. Whether it be at sunrise or sunset, she finds the perfect shot, creating some of the most beautiful and powerful work in her portfolio.
